Shannon & Finn

I got to take Shannon and Fynn's pictures last year so it was so fun to see them again! Fynn is Shannon's baby. She is so cute and spunky. She has a mind all her own. She loves running in circles, through the brush and in the leaves. Thank you for choosing JR Photography!! ;)

Anderson Family

Go.. GO.. Go... came out of the mouth of one of the Anderson boys and I knew that this shoot was going to be full of fun activity. The Anderson's are a fun loving family. Their boys were so affectionate and sweet with each other. We had an amazing beautiful fall day. Thanks for choosing JR Photography. It was fun to get to know you.

Chase

What can I say about Chase, he is just a little punk! ;) hahaha.. just kidding. At least he is a loveable punk! Chase is my cousin and it was so fun being able to take his pictures. I had the chance to get to know him a little better, tease him a little bit, and laugh together. Chase has a passion for hip hop culture and music. He enjoys rapping, producing, and creating beats. Chase thank you for hanging out with me and putting up with my cheesy sense of humor. Congratulations and I wish you the best of luck. 

Melissa & Chad

There is one thing about BOYS that hasn't seemed to change since I was in kindergarten or first grade, and that is they all love to tease the girls they like! Anyone else experience this?? ;) Chad definitely loved to tease Melissa. At the beginning of the shoot I told them that there were three things I wanted them to do. They were to play together, flirt and most importantly have fun. They certainly did all three. They were so fun to photograph. There were definite teasing moments and there were very tender moments. They are so real and genuine with each other and in front of the camera. Thank you so much for choosing JR Photography. I look forward and am privileged to shoot your wedding. 

Josh, Grace, & Ethan

Saturday was such a beautiful day. The colors were really stunning and it was a great day to be outside. Grace had told me that they enjoy being outdoors. I was really praying for beautiful weather, for the most part we got it but it did sprinkle briefly a few times. Despite the challenges that the weather tried to present we all persevered and had a great time. Grace and Josh are so easy going. Ethan falls right into place. He is the most laid back baby, very mellow and content. He has one of the greatest smiles I have ever seen. It was so fun spending time getting to know them. Peter, Emily & Zachary

I love learning about the people that I am taking portraits of prior to the photo shoot. I always ask them to tell me a bit about themselves. Emily said that currently in their lives her and Pete love looking at their son. It's so evident that they both fell madly in love with Zachary when he came into the world. It was such a pleasure being with them. There is so much love in this family, a love for life, laughter and an obvious love for one another. You can see it in how they relate, how they look at each other. They were so easy and fun to be with. Thanks again for choosing JR Photography. :)
