Josh, Grace, & Ethan

Saturday was such a beautiful day. The colors were really stunning and it was a great day to be outside. Grace had told me that they enjoy being outdoors. I was really praying for beautiful weather, for the most part we got it but it did sprinkle briefly a few times. Despite the challenges that the weather tried to present we all persevered and had a great time. Grace and Josh are so easy going. Ethan falls right into place. He is the most laid back baby, very mellow and content. He has one of the greatest smiles I have ever seen. It was so fun spending time getting to know them. Peter, Emily & Zachary

I love learning about the people that I am taking portraits of prior to the photo shoot. I always ask them to tell me a bit about themselves. Emily said that currently in their lives her and Pete love looking at their son. It's so evident that they both fell madly in love with Zachary when he came into the world. It was such a pleasure being with them. There is so much love in this family, a love for life, laughter and an obvious love for one another. You can see it in how they relate, how they look at each other. They were so easy and fun to be with. Thanks again for choosing JR Photography. :)

Scott & Christine

Saturday August 30th, 2008 was a beautiful sunny day. The sky was a vibrant blue and the sun was sparkling on the water, the bride proclaimed over and over throughout the day "I am marrying the man of my dreams." 

It was so fun to share in Scott & Christine's day. Christine glowed, and Scott looked adoringly at her all day. We took a boat out on the water and watched as they proclaimed their love and exchanged vows. It was such a beautiful wedding focused on faith, love, and family. Thank you for sharing your day with us. 

Kayla

Yesterday I had the privilege of photographing Kayla. One of the first things she said to me was "I am not photogenique." Well you will have to judge for yourself but I think a photo is worth a thousand words. 

Kayla is full of life. She is sweet and quiet, but if you hang out long enough you get a glimpse of her silly side. It was fun hanging out with her and getting to know her. She has a quiet confidence. Thanks for choosing JR Photography.

Dan & Kasey

August 9th was beautiful and the sky was a vibrant blue. Kasey & Dan were giddy with excitement. It was so much fun to be a part of their wedding. Kasey and Dan had such a fun wedding party. They had grown up together and the connection and support was undeniable. They were such a fun group with so much personality.  Congratulations Kasey and Dan, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your day!! :)

Scott & Christine

Scott & Christine are getting married the end of August. It was so fun to hang out with them to do an engagement session. They are so sweet with each other. There were a little bit of nerves but as we got going they interacted so naturally with each other and have so much fun together laughing, flirting, and picking on one another.
